  1. Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed in the cottage. Smoking/Vaping is allowed outside only. 

  2. People other than those in the Guest party specified in the booking confirmation and rental agreement may not stay overnight on the property. Subletting of the property by the Guest is not allowed.

  3. Cronk Lake is a small quiet lake, we ask all our guests to keep noise at a reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighbours.

  4. No pets are permitted on the premises, inside or outside.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $300.00 is payable. The deposit will be refunded provided no deductions are made due to damage to the property or furnishings, or to pay for any cleaning that is required.

50% refund 30 days before check-in
